Windows 10 won't shut down properly - solution

Windows 10 problem with closing the system.

Many times when we update the system, this problem may appear.


First what You need to check is Bios settings.

Step 1.)Check settings for fast boot option:
    Use Default or Auto Option

Step 2.)Here is the most common reason:
   Boot option - there are two options in the boot menu.

  
   for example:
   a.) 950 pro Ssd Nvme Drive
   b.) 950 pro (BootManager
   c.) Other devices
   d.) Disable

At the beginning, set it like this:

 a.) 950 pro (BootManager) if You don't have this option Set this to 950 pro
 b.) Disable
 c.) Disable
 d.) Disable

 

Automatically on these settings the system will be loaded and closed.


 Step 3.)Power Option in Windows Control Panel:

  Go to:  Start - Windows System - Control Panel.
  Change View by: Category to Large Icons.
  Find Power Option.

  On left Side Click on ( Choose what the power buttons do)
  Make sure the power button is set to Shut down.

  Next Clink on Change settings that are currently unavaible: 
   
  Shutdown Settings :
      uncheck options (Turn on fast startup)



 Step 4.)Install all chipset drivers (From DVD or Internet)
  
  The most common problem is the Intel Management Engine Interface Device.

 1.)Use shortcut Win+X or click right mouse button on start menu.
  a.) Select Device Manager.
  b.) Expand  System Devices.
  c.) Find Option Intel Management Engine Interface.
  d.) Double clink and choose Power Management.
  e.) Uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
